LONDON, UK – From May 21 to 22, London’s cultural heart becomes the global HQ for ideas, innovation, and industry-defining inspiration as the D&AD Festival takes center stage at Southbank Centre. As one of the creative world’s most revered events, D&AD isn’t just about admiring great work – it’s about experiencing it, unpacking it, and celebrating the minds behind it.
This year’s D&AD festival features over 80 international speakers across two main stages. The programme includes inspirational keynotes, insightful panel discussions, and hands-on workshops, covering topics like creative excellence, AI, brand storytelling, and design craft.
The line up of speakers include Gail Bichler, Creative Director of The New York Times Magazine, ready to peel back the curtain on the publication’s striking, conversation starting covers. Joining her is Emma Perkins, the creative force behind Our LEGO Agency, who’s set to reveal how a beloved toy brand is building not just bricks but global fan communities through bold content and new experiences.
The D&AD Awards Ceremony returns as the culminating crescendo of the week in a night where the brightest in advertising, design, craft, and culture gather to honor those who raised the creative bar. Eyes will be on the stage as we find out who earns the elusive, career defining Black Pencil.
With interactive workshops, immersive exhibitions of Pencil-winning work, and real talk from the industry’s most exciting names, D&AD Festival 2025 promises to be a celebration of creative craft at its highest form.
